What age are the sessions for?

Our sessions are designed for primary school aged children (4–11 years old). Activities are tailored so children of different ages can take part and enjoy themselves.

Where do the sessions take place?

All sessions run at The Orange Community Hub, next to the Orange Tool Box workshop.

What types of sessions do you run?

We currently offer two types of sessions:

🎨 Cartoon Art Workshop
Children learn how to draw cartoon characters, expressions, and simple comic-style illustrations.

🎯 Fun & Games Club
A mix of team games, challenges, creative activities and prizes designed to encourage teamwork and confidence.

More session types may be added in the future.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions typically run for around 1 hour.

How many children are in each session?

To keep sessions enjoyable and manageable:
    •    Cartoon Art Workshops: maximum 12 children
    •    Fun & Games Club: maximum 10 children

This allows us to give children plenty of support and attention.

Do children need to bring anything?

No – all materials and equipment are provided.

Children may wish to bring:

• A water bottle
• Comfortable clothing for games sessions
• their own stationary/drawing pad etc. if they would like to.

How do I book?

All sessions must be booked in advance online (discounts are available with block booking)

Once booked, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the session details.

Can I stay during the session?

These are drop-off sessions, but parents are welcome to stay nearby in the onsite café if they prefer.

Are you DBS checked?

Yes. The staff running the sessions hold Enhanced DBS checks, and we follow safeguarding procedures appropriate for children’s activity groups (You can see a copy of our Safeguarding and other policies from the link below).

What happens if my child needs the toilet?

The toilets are located just a short distance from the activity room.

One adult will accompany the child to the toilet area while the other adult remains with the group.

What if my child has additional needs?

We aim to make sessions inclusive and welcoming.

Please contact us before booking so we can discuss how best to support your child.

Can I book multiple sessions?

Yes! Many children enjoy attending weekly sessions.

We will also be offering term blocks and themed sessions in the future.

Do you offer birthday parties?

Birthday parties are something we hope to offer in the future. Please contact us if you would like to register interest.

Can photos be taken during sessions?

We will often take photos or short videos for promotional purposes.

However, we will always ask for parental permission first.

Children will never be identified by name.

What is your refund policy?

Bookings are non-refundable once reserved, but if you cannot attend we may offer a transfer to another session the same week or credit for a future booking, and refunds are available if TK’s Fun & Games needs to change a session date or time.

Who runs TK’s Fun & Games?

TK’s Fun & Games is run by Tim and Sam Little, a husband and wife team who enjoy creating fun, creative environments for children to learn and build confidence.

We are passionate about providing safe, welcoming and enjoyable sessions for local families.
